Liz Cassella

Liz started in the title industry in 1978, and moved to Melbourne in 1985 where she started Express Title. After 12 years of success with Express Title, Liz joined forces with Mike and Steve Spragins. After Liz's "many" years in the title industry she still has the same enthusiasm and is committed to providing her customers with the highest level of customer service and industry knowledge. Liz and her husband Andy have 3 children, Camille, Erika, who are both in college and Kain, a sophomore in high school. Liz has a passion for gourmet cooking and loves trying recipes from different cultures. She also enjoys traveling, snow skiing and gardening in her free time.

Mike Spragins

Mike graduated from Mississippi State in 1975 and came to Melbourne where he started in the title industry. Mike has seen Brevard County grow and has been active in community affairs throughout the years. Mike has made a commitment to provide his customers with superior service and spends his free time with his wife, Janice, daughter Lyndsey, sons Jared and Colby.

Steve entered the title industry in Brevard during the summer of 1972. Since then he has had the opportunity of developing great relationships with many of the real estate professionals working in Brevard County today. By delivering freshly made cookies on a weekly basis to lenders, brokers, Realtors, builders and developers, Alliance Title is able to stay in touch with our customer base in south Brevard County. Outside of marketing and maintaining business relationships, Steve enjoys spending time with his Aussie wife, Trish, as well as sightseeing and playing golf.

Linda Martin

Linda Martin is a one of our licensed closing agents. She started her career in the mortgage industry and took some time off to raise her 3 children before joining Alliance Title. Linda has extensive experience in closing condominiums units and working with developers from the start of the project to the last closing. She is a native of Melbourne and spends her free time volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.

Patty Wright has over twenty years closing experience. Patty has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Brevard Community College and is certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Paralegal. Patty is also an active member of the Brevard Paralegal Association.

Cyndy has lived in Southern Brevard County all of her life. She has been in the Real Estate and Title Insurance Industry for over 25 years and is licensed in both fields. Kathi Johnson

Kathi is the Human Resource Manager for Alliance Title. In addition to handling the human resources for the company, she handles the order entry as well as the escrow accounting. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Kathi moved to Florida in 1978 to the Ft. Lauderdale area. Prior to joining the Alliance Title team, she worked in the staffing industry. In her spare time, Kathi enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, cooking and scrap booking. Kathi has one daughter, Alyssa, who is currently in nursing school.
