Frequently Asked Questions

If you need a title search for a real estate transaction, a refinance or second mortgage, or just to investigate the ownership and/or encumbrance of a property, you have come to the right place. Alliance Title offers the most accurate and precise title products available, prepared by experienced and highly qualified examiners. Items in Blue are required to initiate every title search. Items in black, among others, are required soon after a new title search is ordered.


SELL/PURCHASE ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

  1. Fax a fully executed contract to (321) 409-6586
  2. Seller to provide their "OWNER'S TITLE INSURANCE POliCY" to receive re-issue credit
  3. Provide names of realtors involved if any
  4. Provide current loan information
  5. Deliver deposit within 24 hours of signed contract, if it is to be held by Alliance Title
  6. Indicate which office and closer if you have a preference
  7. Complete sell/purchase order form

REFINANCES/SECOND MORTGAGES

  1. Fax owner name, address, social security number, current loan information to (321) 409-6586
  2. Provide name, phone of new lender
  3. Provide new loan amount
  4. Borrower to provide "OWNER'S TITLE INSURANCE POLICY" to receive re-issue credit
  5. Provide termite report if required, hazard insurance binder with new lender mortgagee clause, survey less than 10 years old certified to borrower
  6. Complete refinance order form

O&E REPORTS OR CHAIN OF TITLE SEARCHES

    Alliance title can perform title reports in all Florida counties. Our range of title products include:
